2025.06.eighteen Petition to Vacate (two) - Mahender Makhijani

Petition to vacate arbitrator partial closing award. Petitioners Mahender Makhijani; Continuum Analytics, Inc. ("Continuum"); MOM AS Trader Team LLC; MOM BS Investor Group LLC; MOM CA Trader Team LLC; MOM AS Supervisor LLC; MOM BS Manager LLC; and Mother CA Manager LLC (collectively, "Petitioners") request an order situation to vacate teh Partial Find Award in its entirety because the Arbitrator (1) unsuccessful to offer enough disclosures; (two) exceeded the scope read more of his powers; (3) refused to permit discovery in the Honarkar Events' economic records (In spite of Petitioners' claim of monetary mismanagement); and (4) exercised juridiction over Makhijani, that's not a party to any arbitration settlement that could carry him under this Arbitrator's jurisdiction.
